Lead Senior Associate | Workato | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workato integration design, configuration, and testing.
• Set up Workato environments and translate business requirements into technical designs and integration flows.
• Conduct field mapping sessions with project teams and application owners.
• Prepare technical design specifications and coordinate application teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, drive test execution, and optimize integration solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and business analysts on Workato and implementation methodologies.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and minimize disruption to business operations.
• Estimate project effort and contribute to recruiting, staffing, and training initiatives.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
• 6–7 years of experience in Application-to-Application and Business-to-Business integrations.
• At least 4 years of hands-on Workato integration experience.
• Workato Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3 certifications are required.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language.
• Experience with complex, scalable, high-volume, real-time, batch, and ETL integrations.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications.
• Proficiency in API management and REST, SOAP, and WSDL technologies.
• Understanding of WS-Security, OAuth, and Service-Oriented Architecture.

Collaboration Skills

• Communicate with product and project managers, document requirements, execute changes, and work with system subject matter experts to overcome blockers.
• Apply people, negotiation, and expectation management skills during integration delivery.
