Lead Product Manager role building a new ERP application for an established SaaS company.
Remote in Canada; six-month contract with possible extension.
The product is enterprise-grade, multi-tenant, and designed to integrate with the existing SaaS suite.
Key responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences integrating with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Leverage shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication/login, with engineering.
- Define clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications; ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
- Experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture, with autonomy and adaptability.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or adding AI capabilities to enterprise products is listed.
