Lead Product Manager role, remote in Canada, on a six-month contract with possible extension.
Lead zero-to-one development and launch of an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application integrated with an established SaaS product suite.
Work with a fast-moving, AI-enabled engineering team in a startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences integrating with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Work with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication, to accelerate time to market.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup-environment experience or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable, autonomous builder mindset.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with ERP, HRIS, or core operational software is highly preferred.
