Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application integrated with an existing SaaS suite.
This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an AI-first engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design integrated workflows and user experiences across the SaaS product ecosystem.
- Work with engineering to use shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication, to accelerate delivery.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not just maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture; able to adapt, build autonomously, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture discussions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
Workplace
- Remote role in Canada.
Engagement
Contract for six months, with a possible extension.
