Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application.
The product will integrate with the employer's existing suite of SaaS solutions and is being developed by an AI-first engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Define and launch the new ERP product for enterprise customers.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering to use shared backend services such as core data routing and unified authentication.
- Create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams on enterprise product requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices.
- Ability to discuss backend routing and data architecture in technical settings.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
- The employer seeks an adaptable, autonomous builder comfortable with high ownership and a fast pace.
Workplace
- The role is remote in Canada.
Contract
The contract is for six months, with a possible extension.
