Overview

What You'Ll Do

• Dig into high-priority strategic projects, structuring open-ended problems and running the analysis that points to the answer.
• Build the models, deep-dives, and quantitative analyses that map market trends, the competitive landscape, and operational performance across the UAE delivery and logistics market.
• Turn data into insight, and insight into clear, sharp recommendations senior leaders can move on quickly.
• Use AI tools to work faster — accelerating research, analysis, and synthesis so the team spends its time on judgment, not grunt work.
• Build and maintain the reporting, dashboards, and automation that make day-to-day decisions smarter.
• Help leaders define, track, and stay honest against OKRs and KPIs.
• Surface the levers for growth, efficiency, and profitability, and make the case with numbers.
• Partner with finance, operations, and commercial to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and pressure-test every initiative.
• Keep stakeholders close with timely analysis and clear updates from kickoff to handover.
• Build presentations and materials that are easy to follow and grounded in evidence, every time.

What You Need To Be Successful

• 6 - 10 years in business strategy, consulting, analytics, or project management within a fast-paced environment (e-commerce, Q-commerce, autonomous mobility tech, or management consulting preferred).
• Serious analytical and problem-solving skills — you structure the problem, then let the data settle it.
• Hands-on with the tools: Excel / Google Sheets and SQL, with experience building dashboards and models; BI tools a plus.
• Fluent with AI tools, and eager to use them to work faster and smarter.
• Comfortable working across business, finance, and operations to get the inputs you need.
• Able to own workstreams end-to-end and juggle competing priorities without missing a deadline.
• A strong communicator and storyteller who can make complex analysis land simply.
