As CargoX scales its autonomous delivery fleet across the UAE, we're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our commercial function and shape the strategy behind its growth.
You will define how CargoX goes to market across its priority sectors, own the revenue and deployment objectives that follow from it, and build and lead the team responsible for delivering them.
As the senior commercial representative of CargoX, you'll lead engagement with the most significant accounts in the region, the organizations whose operations depend on reliable supply chains, and establish the relationships that underpin long-term partnerships.
This is a strategic leadership role, central to how CargoX builds and sustains its position in the market.
What You'll Do
- Own CargoX's commercial strategy across priority sectors and the revenue, deployment, and conversion targets that come with it
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team as CargoX grows
- Lead the largest and most strategic accounts personally, from first contact through to long-term contract
- Set the standard for how the team runs the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, business case development, pilot design, negotiation, and handover to delivery
- Develop relationships with operations, supply chain, and senior executive stakeholders across target accounts
- Oversee the design of pilot programs that prove value quickly and open the door to long-term contracts
- Partner with our tech, operations, and product teams to tailor solutions to each customer's environment
- Build the commercial proposals and pricing approach that quantify cost, speed, reliability, and operational gains
- Represent CargoX at industry events, innovation forums, and high-profile customer engagements
- Track competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and customer pain points, and feed them back into strategy
- Forecast accurately and report on pipeline, performance, and progress against targets
Who You Are
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership within fleet, logistics, supply chain, mobility, or technology solutions
- A track record of building and leading sales teams that consistently hit and exceed targets
- Experience winning new business in competitive markets and against established incumbents
- Comfortable both setting strategy and staying hands-on with the most important deals
- Commercial fluency across the sectors CargoX serves, including:
- E-commerce and online retail platforms
- Last-mile delivery and 3PL logistics companies
- Grocery, supermarket, and FMCG distribution
- Food and beverage delivery operators
- Pharmacy and healthcare logistics
- Courier and parcel companies
- Gated communities and master-planned residential developments
- Strong executive presence, able to represent CargoX credibly to senior customer stakeholders
- Skilled at building, coaching, and aligning a team behind shared commercial goals
