Seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with UAE construction experience in villa and high-rise projects.
The role ensures construction works follow approved drawings and specifications through accurate setting out, measurements, levels, and surveying.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, setting out, leveling, and dimensional control for civil and structural works.
- Establish and maintain benchmarks, grid lines, coordinates, and reference points.
- Set out foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, and other construction elements.
- Verify levels, elevations, alignments, and dimensions against approved drawings.
- Prepare survey reports, records, and as-built measurements.
- Operate and maintain Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Coordinate survey requirements with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors.
- Check completed works for discrepancies before proceeding to the next stage.
- Ensure surveying complies with project specifications and UAE standards; maintain survey documentation and equipment records.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction surveying, setting out, leveling, and coordinate systems.
- Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and survey data.
- Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
