The Construction Foreman supervises and coordinates daily construction site activities.
The role leads workers, subcontractors, and site teams and coordinates with Site Engineers and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities according to drawings and project requirements.
- Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and approved schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and other departments to resolve site issues.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and work progress.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper construction and finishing work execution.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow UAE HSE requirements.
Requirement
- UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction projects is required.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at construction sites.
