Job Purpose
The Senior Account Manager will oversee and nurture client relationships within the blue-collar staffing sector, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
This role demands a proactive approach to managing accounts, understanding client needs, and driving operational excellence.
Client Relationship Management
: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Account Growth And Retention
: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, supporting business growth through client retention and satisfaction.
Communication and Coordination
: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and executed.
Problem Resolution
: Proactively address and resolve any issues, working closely with operational teams to deliver timely and satisfactory outcomes for clients.
Market And Industry Knowledge
: Stay informed about market trends in the blue-collar staffing sector to provide clients with up-to-date insights and enhance service offerings.
Reporting and Feedback
: Prepare regular reports for clients on staffing performance and gather feedback to continually improve client satisfaction.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE staffing industry, specifically in blue-collar.
Skills
Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and blue-collar staffing requirements.
Language
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
.
Availability
Ability to travel within the UAE as needed for client meetings.
