About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven candidate to handle both key accounts and daily sales operations.

The role includes managing major clients, developing new business, and supporting indoor and outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and ensure proper follow-up
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
  • Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
  • Visit clients and project sites when required
  • Conduct product presentations and meetings with clients
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred)
  • Experience in handling key accounts or corporate clients is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

  • Company car provided
