Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven candidate to handle both key accounts and daily sales operations.
The role includes managing major clients, developing new business, and supporting indoor and outdoor sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and ensure proper follow-up
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
- Visit clients and project sites when required
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with clients
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred)
- Experience in handling key accounts or corporate clients is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Company car provided
