Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships with architects, contractors, and designers.
Duties
include identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, preparing and delivering presentations, providing product solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention experience
- Sales and Business Development expertise, including prospecting and lead generation
- Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Effective Presentation and Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of architectural materials or construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and self-motivated professional with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the UAE for client and project meetings
