About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Representative / Key Account Manager
to lead and expand our presence across the UAE market.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record in
Oil & Gas
and
Infrastructure
sectors.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships while achieving ambitious annual sales targets.
πΉ Sales & Business Development
- Promote core business services including
Skilled Manpower
,
Topographical Surveys
, and
LiDAR 3D Modelling
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
πΉ Key Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned major clients
- Manage and expand existing client portfolios
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
πΉ Offer & Bid Management
- Prepare and manage commercial offers in line with company guidelines
- Ensure strict adherence to internal βOffer Processβ standards
- Support tendering and bid submissions
Candidate Requirements
β Strong operational sales experience in
Oil & Gas
and/or
Infrastructure sectors
β Proven track record in
Key Account Management
and client development
β Ability to achieve and exceed
multi-million AED sales targets
β Excellent communication and negotiation skills
β Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
β Established network and knowledge of key clients in the UAE market
Arabic speaking is highly preferable
