Overview
- The role is responsible for managing and growing key retail and distribution accounts for FMCG products, including oral care, personal hygiene, nutrition, and dietary supplements.
- The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening account relationships, and ensuring effective in-store execution to maximize brand visibility and market share.
- **Arabic Language Requirement: Mandatory**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts across modern trade, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across personal care, hygiene, and nutrition/supplement categories.
- Ensure product listing, shelf placement, visibility, and compliance with planograms.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment with supply chain teams.
- Execute promotions, trade activations, and merchandising initiatives.
- Track sales performance, category trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution.
- Supervise and guide field sales and merchandising teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in personal care, nutrition, or supplements.
- Strong exposure to modern trade, pharmacy chains, and distribution networks.
- Knowledge of nutrition and supplement categories is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
- A valid UAE driving license & your own car are mandatory
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
