About This Role

Overview

zenda is looking for a UAE-based Client Success Manager / Key Accounts Manager to own the end-to-end experience for our strategic school accounts.

This role is perfect for mid-level SaaS or EdTech professionals who enjoy client management, onboarding, implementation, and driving adoption.

As the face of zenda for key clients, you’ll manage onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and account growth, while analyzing account data to identify opportunities and ensure client success.

This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset.

Location

United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.)

Experience

5–9 years

SaaS / EdTech / Technology

  • What you’ll do
  • Own end-to-end client relationships including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build trust with school leadership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients to maximize platform value
  • Resolve client issues proactively and collaborate internally to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze customer success metrics and account data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Conduct on-site client visits and regular relationship meetings
  • Contribute feedback to improve zenda’s platform, processes, and client strategies
  • What we’re looking for
  • 5–9 years in client-facing roles, client success, or key account management
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, EdTech, or technology implementations
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to multitask
  • UAE-based candidates only, with relevant UAE client management experience
