Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic customers across Baby, Mothercare, and Specialty Retail channels, including E-commerce platforms and Premium specialty retailers.

The role is to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility across key accounts in the UAE, with a strong focus on specialty retail alongside modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned strategic customers
  • Drive sales growth and distribution expansion
  • Expand SKU penetration
  • Drive new listings
  • Support new product launches
  • Customer business planning
  • Promotion planning
  • Forecasting and performance tracking
  • Ensure product availability
  • Monitor sell-out performance
  • Improve visibility and merchandising execution
  • Manage returns and stock levels

Experience Required

  • 5–8 years Key Account Management experience in UAE Market
  • Experience in managing baby care, mother care and/or home care category
  • Experience in managing e-commerce customers
  • Experience in managing premium brands
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
