The role coordinates communication between architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in coordination, team, project, or product management.
- Fluent written and spoken Georgian and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project management tool experience with Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is an advantage.
- Previous cross-functional project coordination experience is a plus.
- Must currently be based in Dubai or have worked in Dubai within the past few years.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market.
- Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain project assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Track progress, identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Schedule and employment
- Full-time, office-based role.
- Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Workplace
- Office is located in Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).
