Coordinate cross-functional construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market, working with internal teams including architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market.
- Own timelines, priorities, and execution across teams.
- Coordinate with architecture, sales, marketing, design, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor websites, marketing materials, and printed project collateral.
- Ensure deliverables are timely and meet quality standards.
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects on track.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in coordination, team, project, or product management.
- Fluent written and spoken Georgian and English.
- Currently based in Dubai or worked in Dubai within the past few years.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello are advantageous.
- Cross-functional project coordination experience is a plus.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time, office-based role at Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).
- Schedule is Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
