Own end-to-end day-to-day IT support so the company's engineers can focus on building.
Support a team of 77; the employer describes the role as established and expects the hire to take ownership from day one.
What you'll work on
- Be the first point of contact for laptop issues, Wi-Fi problems, account access, and other daily support needs.
- Manage Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
- Manage devices through MDM, keeping them provisioned, secure, and up to date.
- Run support through an ITSM tool so issues do not fall through the cracks.
Skills we need
- Solid experience with day-to-day desktop support.
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Experience managing devices through an MDM.
- Experience working within an ITSM tool or process.
- Clear, confident English communication; the role involves talking to people throughout the day.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Nice to have
- On-premises data centre management.
- Networking fundamentals.
- Basic Azure cloud knowledge.
