The role is an IT Program/Delivery Manager based in Qatar.

Program delivery
- Lead end-to-end IT delivery across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Drive Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier implementations and large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs.
- Govern program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
- Manage data readiness, release management, service transition, and operational readiness.
Stakeholder coordination and reporting
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors.
- Align delivery with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and technology standards.
- Lead governance forums and steering committees and drive timely decisions and issue resolution.
- Report program progress, financials, risks, milestones, benefits realization, and business outcomes to executives.
Requirements
- 15 or more years of experience.
- Notice period of no more than 30 days.
