Role overview

IT strategy and transformation

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with group business objectives.
• Lead AI adoption, workflow automation, process innovation, and technology evaluation.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.

Systems and infrastructure

• Oversee POS, reservation, payroll, accounting, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and back-office system lifecycles.
• Manage integrations across operations, finance, HR, and reporting tools.
• Build infrastructure for new venue openings and administer upgrades, access, security, backups, and data quality.

Support and stakeholders

• Own helpdesk workflows, escalation paths, SLAs, and service standards across venues.
• Resolve venue technology issues and train staff and management.
• Manage vendors and service levels; collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
• Produce management dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analyses.

Budget and governance

• Own IT budget, procurement, hardware and software inventory, asset classification, and lifecycle governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, system performance, and operational controls.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in senior IT management or digital transformation leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations, migrations, and transformation in complex multi-site environments.
• Strong background in helpdesk operations, systems governance, vendor management, and IT infrastructure.
• ERP, CRM, and business systems integration experience is highly valued.
• Hospitality, F&B, retail, or service-industry IT experience is advantageous, not required.

Skills and attributes

• Demonstrated interest and practical delivery experience in AI, automation, and emerging technology.
• Understanding of IT governance, data security, SLAs, and KPI reporting.
• Strategic, organized, hands-on, solutions-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management and communication skills.
