About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals
- Maintain IT support tickets and office documentation.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office applications
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for issue escalation
- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints
Requirements
- 2–4 years of IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Ability to join immediately or within a short period
