We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team and
support our branches across Riyadh & Dammam.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide daily technical support for employees and branches
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Prepare and configure devices for new employees
- Support smooth day-to-day IT operations
- Coordinate with vendors and external support providers when needed
What We’re Looking For
- A collaborative and approachable personality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or
- related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk
