Plan and coordinate technology equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Duties
- Operate computer and peripheral equipment and implement process improvements.
- Keep computer and telephone rooms locked, restricting access through the interrogated key system.
- Provide guest service, answer telephones professionally, support team goals, and follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Use computers and POS systems; inspect equipment and complete other reasonable assigned duties.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed; no license or certification is listed.
Schedule and workplace
- Full-time schedule; the posting states the role is not remote.
- Work location is on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
