Role Overview
Support the design, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support of AI/ML solutions for clients.
Work across engineering, infrastructure, environmental, asset management, and smart city client contexts.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI use cases, define roadmaps and success measures, and shape delivery approaches with client stakeholders.
- Oversee architecture and integration with client systems, data platforms, and security and governance requirements.
- Prototype generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, knowledge search, analytics, NLP, and digital workflow improvements.
- Adopt enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and automation tools.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, governance checklists, and proposal content.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept scopes, and bid responses.
- Apply responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and quality practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical, analytics, transformation, or business discipline.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant AI, digital transformation, analytics, solution design, or technology consulting experience.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI productivity platforms.
- Hands-on understanding of the AI solution lifecycle from problem definition through continuous improvement.
- Experience with platforms or languages such as Python, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, cloud AI, or low-code/no-code tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, documentation, and business-to-technical translation skills.
