Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements for identity governance and administration solutions.
- Build identity and access policies, processes, and frameworks for identity lifecycle management, access requests, and permission audits.
- Assess client IAM processes, systems, and controls and identify improvements.
- Develop IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans with clients; define business and technical requirements.
- Advise on IAM features suited to client environments and communicate changing requirements and program roadmaps between IAM teams and business stakeholders.
- Support deployment, rollout, and transition of IAM platform features and versions.
- Configure and customize IGA and access management platforms to fit business processes and security policies.
- Develop access control policies, roles, and entitlements; guide clients on identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
- Integrate IGA solutions with security, IT, and compliance teams; train and support client teams.
- Coordinate with platform vendors and service providers and prepare management updates and reports.
Experience and capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with identity systems including ADFS, Intune, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell, and directories such as LDAP and AD.
- Familiarity with RBAC and role engineering.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior consulting experience and customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
Preferred certifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP certifications are preferred.
