Globe Alliance Company seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function and support workforce growth across Saudi Arabia.

Role scope
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Oversee performance management, HR policies, and compliance.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Mandatory experience hiring and recruiting manpower for construction and facility management companies.
- Experience recruiting technical, skilled, semi-skilled, supervisory, and management-level employees.
- Experience hiring for construction projects, facility management contracts, maintenance operations, camps, and site-based projects.
- High-volume recruitment and urgent manpower requirements for new projects and mobilisations.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is strongly preferred.
- Recruitment agency, manpower supplier, and sourcing partner coordination experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- MBA or master’s degree in Human Resources Management is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and manpower mobilisation processes.
- Good understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.
