Globe Alliance Company seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities across assigned projects.
The role is responsible for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery that meets approved specifications and client requirements.
Coordinates project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments across Civil, MEP, and related construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee construction activities across assigned projects.
- Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure effective execution of Civil, MEP, and related construction activities.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management position.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams is required.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience is strongly preferred; Civil and MEP construction management experience is highly preferred.
Education and technical qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software is required.
- Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
