Job Summary
Eduhub Institute is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training schedules and HR administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage
- Experience with recruitment portals and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
