Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to oversee strategic HR operations, regulatory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and workplace compliance initiatives across the UAE and Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR operations, compliance management, and employee relations.

Strategic HR Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate functions
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
  • Lead performance management processes and KPI tracking
  • Drive employee development, training, and culture initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding, employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation

Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, immigration, and visa requirements
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain audit readiness
  • Manage statutory reporting and employee documentation compliance
  • Ensure employment contracts and HR records meet legal standards

& Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll processing and WPS compliance
  • Manage employee benefits, medical insurance, gratuity, and wellness initiatives
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors, insurance providers, and government agencies

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

  • Support workplace safety and HSE compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate incident reporting and employee return-to-work processes
  • Promote awareness of workplace safety and compliance standards
