Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires (paperwork, training schedules, orientation)
- Process employee documentation such as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary reports
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation (e.g., headcount reports, benefits summaries)
- Manage HR-related communications and correspondence
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements
- Proven UAE or GCC experience as an HR or in a relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
