Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized **HR Coordinator** to support HR operations across **multiple business units**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, HR documentation, recruitment support, attendance tracking, and assisting in the creation, monitoring, and follow-up of KRA/KPI systems for different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations across multiple companies or business divisions.
- Coordinate with department heads and business unit managers for HR-related requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, contracts, and official documents.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
- Track attendance, leaves, overtime, absenteeism, and employee discipline records.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and HR-related data.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, warning letters, salary certificates, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labor card, medical, insurance, and other employee-related documentation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining **Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)** and **Key Performance Indicators (KPI)** for employees and departments.
- Monitor employee performance data and follow up with managers on KPI progress.
- Support performance reviews, appraisal coordination, and employee evaluation processes.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, manpower, performance, recruitment, and employee status.
- Ensure HR policies, company rules, and internal procedures are followed across all business units.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolutions.
- Support employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in HR coordination or HR administration.**
- Experience in handling HR operations across multiple businesses or departments is preferred.
- Basic understanding of **KRA, KPI, performance tracking, and appraisal coordination**.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa process, Emirates ID, labor card, and employee documentation is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
