Job Vacancy – Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator
We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support management and oversee administrative and HR operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinating weekly meetings and preparing reports
- Handling employee files and contracts
- Monitoring visas, Emirates IDs, and employee renewals
- Managing attendance, leave, and staff records
- Coordinating with managers, accounting, and HR-related matters
- Following up on maintenance, purchases, and operational tasks
- Organizing administrative documents and reports
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or HR
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional, trustworthy, and responsible personality
Salary
To be discussed based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
