About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented **HR Coordinator** to support our Human Resources operations and ensure a smooth employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with the HR team to handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and day‑to‑day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and HR initiatives
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
