Job Overview
In this role, you will serve as a key support pillar within the Human Resources department, assisting in the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, leave and attendance management, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will work closely with the HR Director to deliver an efficient and people-focused HR function that supports the growth and well-being of our workforce. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about people, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates,
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases in compliance with company policy.
· Prepare and process HR documents including employment contracts, salary certificates, Visa related expense reports, NOC letters, and experience letters.
· Monitor and accurately record employee leave, absences, and attendance on a daily basis.
· Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy of data including leave balances, additions, and deductions.
· Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department on a day-to-day basis.
· Participate in Team Events organizations and Company events.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices, strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications — particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate HR records.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — Hindi is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
