Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Doha Qatar

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Qatar’s automotive service industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably within the automotive service industry in Qatar
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in all HR functions
- Excellent command of Arabic and English communication
- Must be presentable, organized, and professional
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other HRMS software
- Capable of efficiently handling:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations
- Payroll coordination
- HR documentation
- Leave management
- Performance coordination
- HR reporting and compliance
- Immediate joining required
- Preference will be given to Arabic male candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
- Support management in employee engagement and performance matters
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively
