Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain and update document registers, logs, and tracking systems.
- Control issuance, distribution, and revision of drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and archiving for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for timely submission and approvals.
- Track document status and follow up on pending approvals and responses.
- Ensure compliance with project document control standards and client requirements.
- Support project teams with administrative and documentation-related tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Minimum experience in document control within construction projects preferred.
- Familiarity with **Aconex** or similar document management systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
