The role supports dining-room guest service, seating, table settings, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size, seat guests at clean available tables, and guide them through the dining rooms.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
- Maintain standard place settings and check menus for cleanliness, condition, and availability.
- Keep work areas clean using clean-as-you-go procedures and monitor seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Follow safety and security procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions, protect confidential information and company assets, and support team goals.
- Use clear professional language and telephone etiquette; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is listed; no supervisory experience is listed.

Physical and workplace expectations
