Coordinate maintenance and facilities service delivery as the communication hub between clients, technicians, and management.
Log, monitor, and close requests in CAFM/CMMS while maintaining data accuracy and timely responses.
Helpdesk operations
- Log, classify, and assign service requests through CAFM/CMMS.
- Coordinate and monitor PPM and reactive maintenance work orders against SLAs.
- Follow up with technicians and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed, updated, and accurately closed.
- Support scheduling and escalation of urgent or critical issues.
Data, customer service, and administration
- Maintain asset and maintenance records; generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Check system data and support management or client audits with documentation.
- Respond professionally to customers, coordinate updates with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and follow up on complaints.
- Prepare operational summaries and shift handovers and maintain organized filing and records.
Safety, quality, and information security
- Follow HSE, quality, internal, client, and regulatory requirements; report hazards, near misses, and incidents and assist with corrective actions.
- Follow company information security policies, protect accounts and passwords, use systems only for authorized purposes, and report security incidents.
Education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is the minimum; a Diploma in Administration, IT, or Facilities Management is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong English communication skills are required.
- Requires 2–3 years in administrative, helpdesk, or customer service work within facilities management, maintenance, or a related service industry.
