Facility Management Supervisor role with UAE Integrated Facility Management, based in Abu Dhabi.
Oversees and coordinates facility management operations across multiple sites, leading teams and managing resources.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance, operations, and security activities to support building performance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians and support staff; plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance.
- Interpret CAD drawings for space and equipment management and support safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal departments on integrated facility management solutions.
- Use BMS, HVAC controls, and CCTV to monitor security and environmental comfort.
- Implement waste management and energy-efficiency initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns; maintain reports, document incidents, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Analyse operational data and feedback to identify process improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional Facility Management or Energy Management certifications are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of facility management or integrated facility management experience, including team supervision and management of complex sites.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV operation and troubleshooting; CAD familiarity for space planning and technical documentation is required.
- Competence in preventive maintenance scheduling and integrated facility management planning.
- Fluency with technology and data management tools, including CMMS.
- Excellent communication, organisation, leadership, and customer service skills; ability to align operational plans with strategic objectives.
- Problem-solving and energy management skills are valued, as is understanding of waste management and preventive maintenance.
