Duties
- Answer inbound calls professionally and provide personalized customer service, resolving issues promptly.
- Update customer records and maintain interaction histories in the CRM; complete follow-up clerical tasks.
- Handle customer concerns by email, conduct ad hoc outbound activities, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Schedule planned preventive maintenance appointments, conduct surveys, and complete other assigned outbound tasks.
- Analyze customer problems, provide accurate information, and develop logical solutions.
- Diagnose technical problems and advise customers on rectification options.
- Follow Khidmah manuals, memos, handouts, and directives.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of customer-service and/or call-centre experience.
- Comprehensive call-centre knowledge and strong customer-care and service skills.
- Organizational, time-management, analytical, and logical-reasoning skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Supervisory experience and experience motivating staff are listed as qualifications.
- Telephone etiquette, MS Office proficiency, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Strong written and verbal communication, fast and accurate typing, and above-average data-entry skills.
- Teamwork, adaptability, dependability, and interest in developing leadership skills.
