Position summary
Supports hotel cleaning operations across departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry.
Stewarding and utility duties
- Prepare clean linen and dining ware for hotel use; operate and maintain dishwashers, hand-wash stations, linen washers, and dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain professional communication and appearance, build positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to colleagues’ concerns.
- Handle loads up to 50 pounds and perform extended standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as required.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Schedule and workplace
- Full-time schedule.
- Position is not remote; work supports hotel functions at the Dubai property.
