Responsibilities
- Guide guests through their stay and provide services that make the experience memorable.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Requirements and working conditions
- Arabic speaker, as indicated in the job title.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred; no related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is listed.
- Role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and moving through confined or elevated spaces and stairs or service ramps.
- Role involves moving objects up to 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds with assistance, and reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Maintain professional appearance and communications, follow policies and quality standards, protect confidentiality and company assets, and contribute to a safe workplace.
