Create a memorable and unique guest experience and guide guests through their stay.
Take initiative to move around the work area and handle operational tasks as needed.
Role responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Work expectations
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication and appearance.
- Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; navigate narrow or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place up to 50 pounds without assistance or 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role at the Marriott Executive Apartments location on Diplomatic Street in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
- The position is not remote.
