We are seeking a structured and senior leader to act as the
digital portfolio control tower
, ensuring full visibility, governance, prioritization, and value realization across all Chief Digital Office initiatives.
This role will oversee an integrated portfolio covering
digital transformation, productization, AI-enabled platforms, innovation programs, and commercial readiness
, ensuring alignment, decision support, and effective execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the
- integrated digital portfolio view
- across all CDO initiatives
- Define and operate
- portfolio governance frameworks, stage gates, and decision processes
- Lead
- prioritization and decision-support models
- based on business value, risk, and delivery readiness
- Manage
- integrated roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies
- Track
- KPIs, benefits realization, and performance outcomes
- Provide
- executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio insights
- for leadership decision-making
- Ensure alignment across
- product, AI/platform, delivery, commercial, and corporate teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in
- digital portfolio management, governance, or transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage
- complex, cross-functional initiatives and dependencies
- Experience in
- roadmap planning, KPI tracking, and benefits realization
- Solid understanding of
- digital transformation, productization, AI-enabled platforms, and innovation initiatives
- Strong capability in
- executive reporting, decision support, and stakeholder management
