Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and format letters, reports, and official documents.
  • Maintain filing systems – both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate with other departments and provide administrative assistance.
  • Arrange travel bookings and accommodations as needed.
  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk responsibilities professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative support role.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a must; English is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
