The Role
As a
Personal Trainer
, you will be the face of our wellness journey.
You will provide expert knowledge on equipment safety, lead engaging fitness classes, and ensure service excellence at every touchpoint.
You will operate in a highly empowered environment where your initiative and care directly impact guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Expert Guidance:**
- Advise guests on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular and weight-bearing equipment.
- **Class Leadership:**
- Conduct a variety of dynamic fitness classes and activities that inspire and energize members.
- **Service Excellence:**
- Deliver a flawless service experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to quality.
- **Proactive Care:**
- Anticipate guest needs, prevent potential issues, and execute effective service recovery when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors and management, always keeping the guest's best interests at heart.

- Ensure all operational tasks are conducted strictly in line with service standards and safety procedures.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- **Certification:**
- Industry-recognized Personal Training certification is mandatory.
- A
Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science
- or equivalent is highly preferred.
- **Experience:**
Minimum
- 2 years of similar experience
- , preferably within the
- 5-star hospitality industry
- .
- **Technical Knowledge:**
- Strong working knowledge of gym machinery, functional training principles, and basic nutrition.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent command of spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct asset.
