Role Overview

We are looking for a

Head Of Business Operations

  • to build and scale the operational backbone of Superchat AI.
  • This is a
  • high-impact, cross-functional leadership role
  • responsible for:
  • Driving operational excellence across the company
  • Supporting growth, revenue, and scalability
  • Building systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • You will work closely with the
  • CEO and leadership team
  • to translate strategy into execution and ensure the business operates efficiently at scale.

1. Business Operations Strategy

  • Define and lead the
  • business operations strategy
  • aligned with company goals
  • Identify key operational priorities to support:
  • Growth
  • Revenue generation
  • Market expansion
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans

2. Revenue & Commercial Operations

  • Support revenue growth by optimizing:
  • Pricing and monetization models
  • Partnerships and commercial deals
  • Build and manage operational frameworks for:
  • Subscription models
  • Usage-based revenue
  • Track and improve key metrics:
  • Revenue ($)
  • Conversion to paid

3. Process Design & Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable processes across:
  • Growth and marketing
  • Customer operations
  • Partnerships
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve workflows
  • Introduce systems that improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency

4. Data & Performance Management

  • Define and track key business KPIs:
  • User growth
  • Engagement
  • Revenue
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership

5. Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with:
  • Product (feature prioritization, growth impact)
  • Growth/Marketing (user acquisition & funnel performance)
  • Finance (budgeting, forecasting)
  • Partnerships (deal execution)
  • Ensure alignment across teams and smooth execution

6. Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Lead operational aspects of partnerships:
  • Vendors and service providers
  • Integration partners
  • Build scalable frameworks for onboarding and managing partners
  • Ensure high-quality execution and performance tracking

7. Customer Operations & Experience

  • Oversee operational aspects of:
  • Customer support
  • Service delivery (if applicable)
  • Ensure high-quality user experience and issue resolution
  • Use insights to improve product and processes

8. Scaling Infrastructure

  • Build systems and tools to support rapid growth
  • Implement automation where possible
  • Ensure operations can scale with increasing users and complexity

9. Leadership & Team Building

  • Build and manage the business operations team
  • Establish clear accountability and performance standards
  • Create a culture of execution, ownership, and continuous improvement

Experience

  • 7–12+ years in:
  • Business operations
  • Strategy & operations
  • Consulting (top-tier preferred)
  • High-growth startups or tech companies
  • Experience scaling operations in a
  • fast-paced environment
  • Background in
  • AI, SaaS, or consumer tech
  • is a strong plus

Commercial & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Business models (subscription, usage-based)
  • Unit economics (CAC, LTV, margins)
  • Ability to connect:
  • Operations → growth → revenue

Execution Capability

  • Proven ability to:
  • Build processes from scratch
  • Drive cross-functional execution
  • Deliver results under ambiguity

Leadership Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience building and managing teams

  • Highly structured and data-driven
  • Strong ownership mentality
