As the company scales, events and activations will play a critical role in positioning Superchat AI as a leading AI lifestyle and consumer technology brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and execution-focused Senior Events Manager to lead all event initiatives, brand activations, partnerships, and community experiences for Superchat AI.

This role will own the end-to-end event function — from concept and strategy to execution, partnerships, sponsorships, logistics, and post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational capabilities with modern marketing and cultural awareness, capable of creating experiences that drive awareness, engagement, user acquisition, and long-term brand equity.

1. Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the overall events and activations strategy aligned with company growth and marketing objectives
  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly event calendars across launches, partnerships, community initiatives, and brand activations
  • Plan and manage different event formats including product launches, networking events, creator dinners, university activations, AI community events, and customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities to position Superchat AI within startup, AI, fintech, creator, and lifestyle ecosystems
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure events support user growth, partnerships, and commercial objectives

2. Event Execution & Operations

  • Own end-to-end execution of all events and activations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, production schedules, staffing, guest lists, registrations, and venue operations
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, agencies, production teams, AV teams, and logistics partners
  • Lead on-site event management and ensure flawless execution during live events
  • Handle operational troubleshooting and real-time problem solving
  • Ensure all event experiences meet high-quality brand standards

3. Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing

  • Develop innovative activations that position Superchat AI as a modern, culturally relevant AI brand
  • Create social-first event experiences that encourage content creation, engagement, and virality
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams on event branding, installations, visual identity, and storytelling
  • Build experiences that simplify AI and showcase practical real-world use cases of Superchat AI
  • Design activations that generate measurable growth, awareness, and social reach

4. Influencer, Creator & Community Events

  • Plan and manage influencer and creator-focused experiences
  • Coordinate creator dinners, launch events, networking sessions, and VIP experiences
  • Work closely with influencer marketing teams to integrate creators into campaigns and activations
  • Ensure events generate high-performing organic content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social platforms
  • Build relationships with creators, communities, and cultural tastemakers

5. Partnerships & Sponsorship Management

  • Identify and secure strategic event partnerships with brands, universities, fintech companies, AI communities, co-working spaces, and startups
  • Negotiate sponsorships, collaborations, and event partnerships
  • Develop co-branded activations and partnership campaigns
  • Manage partner expectations, deliverables, and event visibility opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships that contribute to brand awareness and user growth

6. Marketing & Audience Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to drive event attendance and visibility
  • Support event promotion through paid media, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR, and community channels
  • Develop event-driven content strategies before, during, and after activations
  • Create campaigns that increase awareness, app installs, engagement, and retention
  • Track audience acquisition and engagement generated from events

7. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage all event vendors and suppliers
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
  • Track invoices, contracts, vendor deliverables, and operational expenses
  • Build scalable operational systems and preferred vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with operational, legal, and safety standards

8. Analytics, Reporting & ROI

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for all events and activations
  • Track metrics including attendance, engagement, reach, leads generated, app installs, partnerships created, and ROI
  • Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for optimization
  • Measure impact of events on brand awareness, growth, and revenue opportunities

Experience

  • 4–8+ years experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, partnerships, or community management
  • Experience in consumer technology, AI, fintech, startups, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong track record managing high-quality events and activations at scale
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders

Marketing & Brand Experience

  • Strong understanding of social-first marketing and consumer behavior
  • Experience building culturally relevant and shareable brand experiences
  • Understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems
  • Ability to connect events to growth, engagement, and business impact

Operational & Project Management Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong budgeting, planning, and operational management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and execution quality

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership, creators, partners, vendors, and communities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
