Events, partnerships, and activations play a key role in driving user growth, brand awareness, and strategic ecosystem growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and event execution for Superchat AI.
This role combines partnerships, business development, marketing, event management, and community growth.
You will be responsible for building relationships that drive brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, creators, startups, communities, universities, and conferences
- Build partnerships that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand credibility
- Develop long-term strategic relationships and collaboration opportunities
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute product launches, community events, AI/tech activations, and networking events
- Manage logistics including venues, vendors, guest management, and production
- Ensure events create strong brand experiences and growth opportunities
Marketing & Brand Experience
- Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with events and partnerships
- Support campaign ideation, launch strategies, and community engagement
- Increase social visibility and PR opportunities through activations
Partnership Marketing
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Manage referral campaigns, content collaborations, and brand initiatives
- Ensure measurable growth and engagement impact
Community & Ecosystem Growth
- Build relationships across AI, startup, and creator communities
- Identify speaking, networking, and collaboration opportunities
- Support ecosystem growth and strategic visibility
Performance Tracking & ROI
- Track partnership and event performance
- Measure user acquisition, engagement, leads, and brand reach
- Report on ROI and growth impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with growth, influencer marketing, product, and content teams
- Ensure alignment between campaigns, messaging, and partnerships
Experience
- 3–6+ years experience in events, partnerships, marketing, or business development
- Experience in consumer tech, AI startups, SaaS, or fast-growing digital products preferred
Marketing Experience (Important)
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, event marketing, and partnership marketing
- Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, and activations
- Ability to think about user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility
Partnership & Communication Skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable managing external stakeholders and negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Execution Skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and partnerships simultaneously
